In 2010, the Athletic Union will be re-launching The University of Hertfordshire Triathlon Club.
The goal is to offer students and members of staff the opportunity to get involved in one of the countries most exciting and fastest growing sports.
Whether you are a beginner to exercise and triathlon and looking for a fantastic way to get fit, or an endurance athlete looking to train in a challenging environment, you will be both welcome and catered.
A full programme of training, both coached and informal will be available to all members of the club. The sessions are social and cater for all abilities from Beginner to Advanced.
If you are interested please come and find us at either the AU Sports Fair on Wednesday 29 September or the SU Freshers Fair on Friday 1 October where you will be given further information, everyone is welcome!
The Triathlon Club compete in the National University Championship competitions throughout the academic year.
Training takes place at the Sports Village and locally.

Wednesday 12.30 - 14.30, Swimming Pool, Hertfordshire Sports Village, de Havilland Campus
The Triathlon Club also offers run amd bike sessions. Please speak to the club coach for more details.
The Triathlon is coached and managed by an experienced and qualfied coach.
